Roles & Responsibilities:
 Installing and configuring backups & restores as per the Client requirement Troubleshooting Backup / Restore and Network problems and diagnosing and solving software faults Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports supporting the roll-out of new updates & hotfixes. Responding within agreed time limits to call-outs. Working continuously on a task until completion Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time
Generic & Behavioral Skills: 
Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail. Ability to work in a team or as a single contributor. Adaptability / Flexibility Ownership and initiative ready to work 24×7 (including night shifts).
