|Responsibilities and duties||A.) Patient Feedback Review: 1) For all units - Once IP Discharge patient , enquiry the patient experience in our hospitals (Call and enquiry). 2) Check the Doctors Service, Nursing Care, Patient care services 3) Mention the positive feedback, negative feedbacks in system 4) Collect OPD patients’ feedback and work out on suggestions provided by the patient visitors. 5) Provide directions to the patients and attenders to the doctors and handling queries. 6) Extend and ensure warm and courteous service to all the patients, guests and employees of the hospital. 7) Provide and ensure patient delight relations. Receive and resolve complaints in a manner Consistent with hospital policy. B.) Marketing , Online ,Offline: 1) Daily Activity – Chat Window open during working hours, Initiate the chat with customers and provide the details of our service, location, address for contact. 2) Get the chat customer details, council and follow the patient till they visit to the hospitals. 3) Once they visit , call and enquire the feedback and encourage them to give the feedback in online (Face book ,Google….etc|
