DetailsExperience is defined as under:Candidates working in Central/ State Govt./ PSU/ autonomous organizations etc should have a total experience of 21 years and should be working in the IDA pay scale of ₹ 1,00,000-2,60,000/ CDA scale at level 13A in pay matrix of 7th CPC, or, with at least 4 years service in IDA pay scale of ₹ 90,000-2,40,000 / CDA scale at level 13 in pay matrix of 7th CPC or above. Candidates working in Private Sector or other organizations with experience in Executive capacity as indicated above should have an annual CTC of atleast 25 LPA. 6. In addition to above condition, detailed experience description for each post of General Manager is as under: a. GM(Civil)/ Metro (VC No 75/19): Candidates should have minimum total 21 years of post-qualification experience out of which atleast 10 years experience should be in Design/ execution/ project management etc of Civil Engineering/ track/ Buildings/ Structures/ Bridges/ tunneling works in Metro Railway. b. GM(Civil)/ Ports (VC No 76/19): Candidates should have minimum total 21 years of post-qualification experience out of which atleast 10 years experience should be in Business Development, Planning, Design, DPR, Detailed Engineering contract & Project Management of Large Infrastructure Projects including Marine works, jetties, dry berths and other Port utilities/ amenities, infrastructural building etc. c. GM(Civil)/ Railway (VC No 77/19): Candidates should have minimum total 21 years of post-qualification experience out of which atleast 10 years experience should be in the field of supervision of construction of Railway infrastructure projects. d. GM(Civil)/ Design (VC No 78/19): Candidates should have minimum total 21 years of post-qualification experience out of which atleast 10 years experience should be in the field of designing of Railway/ Highway/ Metro/ tunnels etc. 7. Nature & Period of Engagement; The appointment will be initially on probation for a period of two years. Selected candidates shall be liable for posting to any place in India as per requirements of the Company. Candidates will be required to clear the screening test for confirmation of their services at the end of the probation period. Those who fail to qualify in the screening test, their probation period may be extended and further action taken in accordance with the policy of the Company. Age: Maximum Age - 55 years
